The spacious villa (400 sq m) sleeps 8 comfortably; it has four large airy bedrooms, each with its own private balcony, two single beds, built-in wardrobes and dressing table and en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are all well equipped with a bath, shower, toilet, basin and bidet. There is also a guest bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
The large lounge is traditionally furnished and has a large open fireplace. Glass doors open directly on to an open terrace with table and chairs, overlooking the garden, perfect for evening drinks.
Two steps lead up into the the open-plan dining room, with its Catalan style solid wood furniture: the dining room table seats 10 with ease. The verandah outside the dining room is covered and has a large circular table and chairs, ideally suited for eating out during the summer months.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and an electric kettle. There is also a small table and chairs. On the verandah outside the kitchen is a large charcoal barbecue.
The washing machine is in the basement, together with a second fridge/freezer.
The villa has its own drive and garage, which also houses the boiler for the central heating and hot water.
There is a patio surrounding the pool where there is a large circular table and chairs with sun umbrella and sun loungers. |
