Prices & Booking

The villa is available for rent on a weekly basis and the rental prices vary according to the season:

Jan	Feb	Mar	Apr	May	Jun	Jul	Aug	Sep	Oct	Nov	Dec

Low season	€850 per week
Medium season	€1250 per week
High season	€1800 per week

Rentals normally start and end on a Saturday but if you have a particular requirement please ask as we may be able to offer some flexibility at certain times of the year.

Sorry, but we don't allow pets.

The booking deposit is 20% of the total rental amount and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid  4  weeks prior to departure. There is also a refundable deposit of €300 to cover any breakages or damage during the rental.  Full details will be on the booking form.
